1. Boil water with star anise, clove and whole black pepper.
2. When half done, drain from water.
3. Put half portion of rice in a plate and add pinch of yellow food colour and mix.
4. In pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add all boiled rice.
5. Put salt, 3-4 tbsp stock and cover lid let it steam for 5-8 minutes.
6. Serve with crispy fried chicken.
