INGREDIENTS

250gm Prawns
1 Egg
2 Green chilies finely chopped
1 Cup Stock
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp heaped Flour
1 tbsp Chili sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp White pepper
2 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Spring onion leaves finely chopped
2 tbsp Garlic crushed
3 tbsp Corn flour

METHOD

Marinate 250gm prawns with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp white
pepper, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp flour and 1 egg, mix well,
make into balls, deep fry for 5 minutes, remove and keep aside.
for Sauce
Heat 1/4 cup
oil, add 2 tbsp crushed garlic, then add 2 chopped green chilies with 1/2 tsp
salt, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp chili sauce and 1
cup stock, cook till boiling, thicken sauce with 1 tbsp corn flour and 2 tbsp
water paste, lastly add fried prawns, garnish with spring onion leaves and
serve immediately.
