Ingredients
  1. Boiled potatoes 2
    Plum as required
    Salt to taste
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Chaat masala ½ tsp
    Cumin seeds ½ tsp
    Dry mango powder ½ tsp
    Coriander powder ½ tsp
    Sugar 3 tsp
    Coriander & Mint leaves as required
    Green chilies 3
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Water ¼ cup
Method
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add plum, ½ tsp coriander powder, 3 chopped green chilies, 3 tsp sugar, ½ tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp dry mango powder, ½ tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp chili powder, salt to taste and ¼ cup of water.
    Fry very well.
    Now add boiled potatoes and cook for a few minutes.
    Lastly garnish with coriander and mint leaves. Serve hot.
