First marinate chicken with soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, salt, and lemon juice.
Keep the marinated chicken in fridge for minimum 1/2 hour.
Then in a mixing bowl, add gram flour, salt and baking powder.
Make a thick paste with water.
Then, dip each piece of marinated chicken in gram flour mixture and deep fry in medium hot oil till chicken tender and get a good golden color on top.
Put them on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Serve with ketchup or with your favorite chutney and enjoy.
