Cut chicken in 8 pieces. In a bowl add vinegar, salt to taste, 4 tbsp papaya taste and red chili to mix and marinate chicken in it for an hour. In a box add broast masala and put chicken in mix it. Then dip chicken in egg and coat it again with broast masala and fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown. Dish it out and garnish it with salad leaves and onion and serve with sauce.
