Cut ½ kg beef into pieces. Take 3-4 tbsp oil In the pan and sauté 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste in it. Add in beef and cook it. When the meat tenders add in onions, 2-3 big cardamom, 2-3 cinnamon sticks, 1 tsp black peppercorn, 3-4 cloves, 8-10 whole red chilies and some salt. Cook it till the oil starts separating. Dish it out and serve.
