  1. • Salt 1 tablespoon
  2. • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tablespoon
  3. • Rice 500gm
  4. • Onion ½ cup
  5. • Clove (Long) 5
  6. • Black Pepper 5
  7. • Crushed Red Chilli 1 tablespoon
  8. • Zarda Colour 1
  9. • Yogurt 1 cup
  10. • Mutton 750 gm
  11. • Ghee 1 cup
  12. • Red Chili 1-1/2
  13. • Cinnamon 2
  14. • Green Cardamom 5
  15. • kewra 1 tablespoon
Method
  • Take a pan and add mutton, four cups of water, ginger garlic paste, red chili, salt and cook until the water is dried.
  • Now add boiled rice and mix.
  • Add yogurt mixture and put fried onion on it and cook (dam) for 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot as soon as it gets ready.
