Ingredients
  1. Dry plums ½ kg
  2. White vinegar 1 cup
  3. Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  4. Small cardamom 2 to 3
  5. Roasted melon seed ½ cup
  6. Sugar 1 cup
  7. Salt to taste
Method
  • First soak ½ kg plum for 15 to 20 minutes. Then cook it with 2 cup water.
  • When water dries add 1 cup sugar, salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 cup vinegar to cook. When sugar dries add ½ cup roasted melon seeds and 2 to 3 crushed cardamom and dish it out to serve.
