Need help. i have A's and B's in o level but unfortunately, ended up with D's in a level.
however sine my O level grades were decent, my a level IBCC equivalency is around 71%
I want to get in a good reputed medical University but my Grades are becoming a huge barrier. i want to get in mbbs, which university can I apply and get in?

I just completed my masters in mass communication last year from university of sargodha.
i did my bachelors from PU back in 2013 and got 3rd Division i didn't improve my grades instead continued with masters. but i need to continue with my studies and want to do M.Phil now but this 3rd division is an obstacle. is there any way i can sort it out?
by improving grades or doing Bachelors again?
going for it again will effect my current masters degree or not?
