Sir,
It is stated that I have done electrical enginering in honour (1st div) from UET Peshawar.
Now I want to go abroad on scolarship for MS and Phd in SATELLITE engg. How much marks I have to get in IELTS? If I am doing IELTS then is it necesseryto do gre-international exam? Without government scolarship, how can I get scolarship in foreign universities?
Sir, in fact I can't pay a large amount of fees in foreign universities, but after doing Phd from foreign I want to serve Pakistan.
Is IELTS & GRE-INTERNATIONAL are equilent?
Please also inform me, the books which can help me to pass "GAT-NTS" Test, BC From Dogar book I got prepared but could not pass that. Which one book I have to fellow?

Asalam -Alikum Sir I am student BSC electronics & communication and studying in 1st semester. Sir mein bohot zada confused hoon because mein aik private university (UOL) se ye program ker raha hoon which is not recognized by (PEC). Sir kaiya mein msc kay liyah UET ja sakta hoon? or BSC electronics ka kya scope hai Pakistan or Kuwait mein. Plz sir help me? I am waiting your answere.
