I have done MBA in HRM from Bahria University recently in 2008.I am diploma holder in computer science.I have no prior experience in the related field. I am now looking for a job in these days.I have send many e-mail to different companies located in Karachi.Whenever it seemed possible, i also visited the local companies and factories but unfortunately I am still unable to get a job even as a trainee.I think a real is the absence of a reference.The question I want to ask is that what way i should follow to get job.
