Although providing counseling with such little information is difficult since universities are running so much courses and degrees but generally answer to your question is no for some old universities and yes for new universities. I recommend you to analyze and evaluate yourself and your abilities at this point and look for available options. It is important to ask yourself if you do get admission; will you able to perform well and which field suits to your mind and then plunge into bravely and do make efforts hard as things getting tougher and tougher and competition is growing. I have said all this because if you do invest 2-4 years more in study specially in field which you don't like or doesn't suit to you or wont be able to perform well this if resources are limited things can become worse. Contact me for further guidelines and supports which I can provide otherwise nobody knows what is going to happen in future. No one in 2003-2005 thought telecom industry has downfall like we have no a days, same true for MBA where nobody knows in 1990-1995 this field can be so saturated...!!!!Be agile..
