Computer science is the 2nd most demanding career nowadays after engineering/telecom. I have also done BCS from Hyd and nowdays doing job in Isb after completing my M.Sc from here. I would suggest u to do BCS (hons) from some reputable institute from Karachi if u can afford. There are lots of opportunities for Computer science graduates in the market today and in coming future.
