AOA friends. i am currently doing MBA (p.u) second annual and side by side i have taken admission in ACMA but now i am hell confused that was my decision right or not. Kindly guide me, Will it be favorable for my bright future or i should leave ACMA n only do MBA..??? because some of my teachers say that mba doesn't have that much worth.

Dear Malik
Well, MBA from University like PU has always been enough for getting job. Very important question still remains, what specialization you have selected during MBA? ACMA of course is very professional, tough and lengthy qualification. Perhaps, if your interest is in finance, cost & Financial Acct then there is point for doing ACMA but if it is Sales/marketing, HR etc (which is mostly suitable for females)then this is not a great idea in my opinion. Furthermore, while doing MBA going for ACMA is blunder if you havn't find any subject exemption which surely you would have after completing your MBA. Some reputable Orgs ask for atleast 3.0 CGPA so first target on that.

Mrs. Annaya

i want to ask sone question that, in which subject u are doing MBA (HRM, Management, Banking and Finance....etc) and the second question is that in which stage your are currently studying of ACMA. If you are studying in 2 or 3 stage then freeze the stage and complete your MBA and afterwards you can restart ACMA from the last stage which u freez.....

Best Regards

Ms. Annaya Malik

I am student of ICMAP. and i am studying in 3rd stage of ACMA. I think that first priority is MBA, because MBA is very easy and complete within 4 semsters....

But ACMA is very lengthy. If you insist that you want to do ACMA than after MBA. after MBA 9 subject is exempt, means near about 3 stage of ACMA.
