Well Kamran, job is 2nd term first is study and just study. after doing BA you should do master in any social field. NGOs ask for graduates who have degree in social sectors.
Another thing you can do after BA is to prepare for competitive exam. Do you know most people who are in management position in our districts hold BA degree where they grasp competence in their BA subjects and prepare then for competition exams.
