Hi, I ve done my B.Com and right now I am getting two jobs and having difficulty to select one of them. One at a bank call center and other at bank training. Call centers are paying me far better than the stipends of bank training more over I am keen to make my carrier in bank and also planning to do MBA in finance.

Hi,sameera first you look what the banking training they will give u.its related to your interest work..like accounts/finance or general banking..then go for it...on the other hand if they giving u any sales or consumer product training.than leave it...and go for call center...In call centre u will able to manage your MBA with job..hope so u got it...

hi wsalam i hope u will be fine so miss sameera it will be better for u if u choose bank job bcoz u have to plan to do mba in finance so must do a bank job call centre jobs are not a career growth job i agree that they pay higy salaries but cant adopt it like a career job so plz dont waste ur time just select the bank job

sameera it is good you have two jobs these days unemployment is reach high level every one find a good job but it is depend on your luck so my opinion to you banking sector job is good you built Ur future you choose a bank training bcz these jobs reach u on high level call center only sitting on telephone lines attend and reply them. in banking sector experience mostly every where is count strongly so pl z bank training is good to you and good luck to you in future and plz MBA in finance not marketing bcz you are lady
