Question (Total Replies: 3) Tuesday, May 31 2011 Naeem Shah (Student) Bachelors Degree HR/Marketing Peshawar Asalam o Alaikum: I am BBA 6th student and my favorite field is HR and Marketing but now i choose one of them for internship, so i don't understand which field is better for me i understand the importance of both fields but i am confused. i need some help.If any mistake in the question Sorry for that. Thanks.

H R is also lucrative and if u are tactful and good in dealing with people in yr organisation ie man management. Pl take test as already advised to u and also review the roles of marketting n H R,so that u can judge better yr own faculties that the proposed test would identify. However, if you are good at convincing people and your communication skills especially written communication skills are good, then you can go for Marketing. For HR you need to b a good team player, must be able to uderstand hte behavior and attitude of the people and must also have an interest in Psychology.
