it would be better if u complete masters here and then go for further higher education overseas. may be u may get a scholarship, But go to the best university for real education and not for a degree,as employers like a well qualified person who can also deliver and it is possible with intensive both book and practical knowledge which a really dedicated well recognised institution can impart,
