My question is that How I can go abroad for higher studies and which country is the best. Also if part time job is also available.

You have a BCS degree, for IT related studies the best country is US but now days its a little bit difficult to get US Visa but not impossible
Make ur 1st choice USA AND 2nd UK for higher studies other choices can be Canada, Australia, etc
You must have 16years of education to enrol in any good university
Secondy you have to give TOEFL for US or IELTS for UK to take admission in any university
Approximately your tution fees(1yr) + 3months living expense will cost you around Rs. 2 Million. but it highly depend on ur univ. fees its just an average
