I have done masters in HR and luckly I got relevant job in HR, and now I have numbers of offers for different jobs with excellent compensation but all of them are irrelvant with my field of study so what would you adivce me in that case... waitng for your reply thanking you.

Well Mr. Murad you are Lucky that have numbers of offers for job. Now pertaining to your perceptions about irrelevancy of your degree with job, I think your evaluation is not perfect, because in modern management, every manager should have training of HR.
so please try to reach right decision by considering all aspects like compensation, relevancy(broader way), career path, scope, which ever you have desire to do in the career.
