I am doing MBA from Virutal University of Pakistan. I wanna do my major in Finance however, most of the people advised me not to take that because MBA finance from VU is not that worthy. According to them, In finance discipline MBA finance is easily replaced by ACCA, CA, ACMA etc.
Do you think I should still go for finance? Will it be worthy for me in future as far as job prospects are concern.
kindly give me your suggestions.

Dear Muhammad Ali,
VU is little bit new even it is recognized and valuable but it will takes time to recognized in certain degree programs like MBA in Finance.
In job market, it is observed that ACCA, CA, ACMA always get the edge on MBA Finance or M.Com, reason is that they are well specialized in the accountancy area... and getting the real practical exposure during their study gives big advantage on others.
Now come to MBA/M.Com, I can assure you the Banking and relevant Finance market has opens doors for these degree holders especially if they have some experience or good marks in their degrees.
