Assalam o alaikum!
I'll be appearing for my B.Com-II exams in feb,2011. My interest is basically in writing articles and i've been appreciated on occasions from my teachers on that too. I want to know What basically is Mass Comm.? How can i apply for that as i'll be graduate is year,so do i've to apply for Masters Degree?Whats the Procedure for that? And Would That Be Suitable For Me? And Also What Type Of Jobs Can We get After Studying? Please Remove My All Confusions! Thank u

Its really feeling great to know youngster are taking much interest in mass com ... Mass communication is to communicate people in bigger scale ,to interact with society through your own perspective whether through giving information , Advertising ,Public relations and media news and so on to communicate with masses at every level is Mass communication .... its great u thinking to study more you can apply after BCom in University of Karachi in morning as well as in evening there is two program running there one is masters in mas com and other is BS 3rd year that people join after their Graduation ...jobs are you know u can join Newspapers , you can write your own pieces in magazines,channels and Ad agency and many more hope it all works for you further queries YOu always welcome Gud luck

you can write while doing your bachelor or master degree. let me know your choice of writing means story, poetry, social issues etc. after having your master in mass communication you will be in any media firm. there are more than 100 pakistani channels, news papers and magazines. so mass communication students will be employed easily. they may be sub editors, editors, reporters, script writers, anchor etc. applying for master's in mass communication depends upon your intense desire or interest. you are commerce graduate write about pakistans commerce. any other query you are welcome.
