Dear Abbas,,
firdt complete ur BCom with atleast 1st div then go for MBA..or M Com ..apply in bank u will give test and interview,,then u wud be able to get the job..
State Bank has already been conducting a certification or exams called IBP .3 stages u have to pass in all stages..that will be a plus point to get job in bank..ok wish u all the best
