My programming is not up to the mark ? and got 4 CGPA in Software project management course which i tough my university last semester ? i also got software engineering part I and part II more than 75 % marks ?
I'll want to join software Project management (spm) field ? but i have no idea how can I achieve my goal? I saw that every company need to hire at least five year of experience spm personnel?
Is that necessary to becoming a SPM I should have a MBA degree as well as a good programmer ?
Is that any institute in Karachi which gives training of SPM
Plz give me complete detail regarding Soft. project management ?

Dear Ajmal,
As you said your programming is not up to the mark so I would say that you don't have practical experience and as you mentioned your CGPA and Percentage it seems that you are hard working so you can improve your programming by internship or Courses.
For SPM there are large number of companies which welcome you with open hands as a trainee so dont think that anyone hire you directly as a Software Project Manager try to join as a trainee or Assistant Software Project Manager.
About MBA i will not suggest you to go for it right now first of all get some practical experience and then go for it. It will help you in project management but its not that beneficial right now.
