It seems like you would like to get an admission abroad and therefore you would like to have a choice what to make,honestly speaking if you are getting into studies/courses just so that you can stay there legally then anything would do,i wouldnt recommend such acts, but i understand local interest.
I.T,Textile,Mechanical,ACCA,Other accounting might be useful for your future.

Sameer bhai...is Skill Development Prgrams certificates are approved by HEC or govt of Pakistan.....Its good to train masses on such demanding programs but problems in pakistan is of recognition of these courses too..take care
