AOA,
These days i am having a very crucial problem. I applied everywhere as its not difficult for me to fit in a good university regardless of courses offered. Infact i am yet to discover what i like. now ive been selected at kinnaird college for MBA n ma English literature, MBA n ma economics at pide Islamabad n MBA at bahria university isb. different ppl give different views only to make me further confused. some say every tom dick n harry is doing mba n r easy victims of downsizing, some say MBA suits my social n creative nature while some say literature suits me best. also im clueless about their market demands n i have few days to decide. all i want is a good degree which has some market place from a university of good repute.
Ur help is badly badly needed in this regard.

Everyone goes through the difficult time in a gradual manner and you will come across to such phases many times in your life.
First, Nothing is bad or saturated field. If you have good grip on your subject then nothing can dare to stop you. Its my experience.
I strongly disagree to those who says, dont go for MBA because every one is MBA these days... We have MBAs but we dont have QUALITY MBAs. Industry need QUALITY and those who are even below average, such people spread these wrong and immature words.
You have a BA in Economics and Journalism.
You can choose any combination you like. Only make sure one thing, whatever you do, do it in Professional manner and you will succeed InshALLAH.
AS far as Market Demand is concerned, this keeps on changing. Market is never static. The thing in demand these days can go down within weeks.
If you ask me, I would go for MBA n Economics. I dont know about pide frankly.
Bahria is a reputed university. For confirmation you can HEC ranking about Bahria Islamabad.

thnx 4 ur help.I scored highest in Hailey college MBA banking in finance test alhamdulillah but its the interest(sood) due to which im hesitating. Also what interest free fields does msc economics lead to?

Well dear sara i suggest you to do MBA in Banking & Finance. I am also going to do MBA in it because after few months i am going to get job in National Bank of pakistan. Well degree is every thing for us but most importantly experience is accential in this regard. If you want to do job in banking sector than you should go for MBA Banking & Finance. I admit that every one is doing MBA but most of them got job in different field of work over here in pakistan. You can also do MSC Economics & its worth more than MBA.
