I completed my BS Telecom Engineering From NUCES FAST Lahore Campus in December 2008 and currently availing the NIP (National Internship Program) by youth affairs of federal government (Irrigation & Power department) now i want to ask you which job will suit my academic background as there are no jobs in any of the telecom companies your advise can do wonders to me so please suggest me a career line i shall be thankful to you.

I dont think there is no Job in Telecom Industry. Yes, jobs are less but you cant say that there is no job.
I can understand that as a Fresh Graduate you must be having problems.
Based on your academic background, you can search jobs in Software Industry. There are many options available in Software Companies related to Telecom people. Explore those options. Regularly visit Rozee.pk. You can find job there.
Media Industry is another industry where you can apply.
You can go for Teaching... its also a good option as a starter..
