AoA Hafiz sahib,
There are 11 subjects in Mass Cmmunicaion two years Master degree program. you will have to study mass comm theory, media history, reporting, editing, economics in Pakistan, journalistic language, Development support communication etc and you have to do either thesis or internship in the end
