I have been serving my duties as an OGIII (IT Department) in a bank. How can I improve my candidature in front of my reporting officers. I try my level best to do my work within the time in which by the Grace of Allah I succeeded most of the times. But still I try to improve myself more then I get promotions.

I think you are facing two problems;
1. Dealing with boss
2. Promotion
Pertain to the first problem, boss cannot be appreciating you always, but in your end you should try to work proper & in time. Do not think & worry. I think boss behavior like this is due working management, they consider but now HRM says totally different.
Now second problem, it is your right, it must be a policy, it should follow, contact with your CBA or negotiate with management.
