ASSALAMUALAYKUM.I done MSC economics in 2007 and now a days working as office assistant in Dubai. I get just 2nd division in Mater so i cant apply any high level of post . I am not satisfied with my current job but i have made an agreement with this company for 3 years so i cant live this company for 3 years so how can i utilized these 3 years as a office assistant . I can,t know what i should do .Please guide me in this matter .

Dear Saqib,
Since you have contracted for 3 years and can not leave the job you should have given a serious thought on it at the time of signing agreement, Now the better utilization can be your re appearence in MA Economics examinations as an external candidate for improvement of Division and marks and till the time you complete your contracted period of three years you will be able to have a degree with better gradings which can help you in getting job of higher position.
