I've no interest in B.Com. mujhe ye maloom karna hy k HUMAN RESOURCE kia hy. Main B.Com hun but m us mein apna interest develop karna chahti hun to MBA m mera major kia hona chahiye ya m masters kisi or subject m kar skti hun ya nhi, mujhe or kaunse subjects ko dekhna chahiye. m apne interest bata deti hun, mujhe shuru se hi fine arts ka bht shauk tha,
home economics college m admission bhi lia but mere abbo ko wo non professional lga or unho ne mujhe computer science college m daal dia, mene inter computer science se kia hy.

Human Resource is a very good field you can take admission in MBA HR.
Human resource management (HRM) is the strategic and coherent approach to the management of an organization's most valued assets - the people working there who individually and collectively contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the business. The terms "human resource management" and "human resources" (HR) have largely replaced the term "personnel management" as a description of the processes involved in managing people in organizations.
