Assalam-0-Alikum!
Dear i did my F.Sc (pre eng) in 2009 with marks 697/1100 and i try to take admission in different universities but failed. Almost one year has gone and i am free. Sir I want to become a electrical engineer,my age is 20, i think i take admission in F.Sc again. Is it true decision or not? Please guide me Allah will give you regard(Inshallah Azwajal)

W.Salam,
I think you must not waste your time in re-appearing in FSc. Look in other cities like Taxila etc. If you get admission over there, and if its look impossible to get admission in Pakistan, then think about doing Engineering from China also. Its doesn't take too much cost. And if thats not possible then Do BSc and then MSc in Physics or Maths. Or you can also Do BCS from any H.E.C recognized institution, its always in demand.

mustansar bhai have you tried in lahore only i think you should try in other universities of islamabad and khi may be they take you.. dont worry brother inshaAllah you will get admission ,may Allah gave u success in this world and in the life hereafeter
