I am doing my final semster of MS degree in computer science. After completion of MS either I have to start the PHD or start job. If PHD then which institute suits me or job then which department.

Mr. Shafiq you are getting MS Degree. I think you have to good vision for your doctorial degree institution. In my point of view these are the universalities / institutions have good repute in PhD for Computer sciences
1. Quaid-e-Azam Uni
2. MAJU
3. FAST
Now you second question, I think you must start your job then go for further study. NESCOM, Atomic Energy Comm. and like these departments are offering jobs for these higher degrees in computer sciences.
