Dear Robina
If your son adopts masters in physics the best field could be atomic energy otherwise if he opts for computer science then it has various sub categories which he can go for accordiong to his interests but make it sure that both subjects has mathematics as compulsory part.
Let him clear up with this level and by the time he would be more precise in his interests

Well by now your son must have appeared in his summer examinations. In my opinion if he's scored good marks in his O levels then it'd be better to let him continue to pursue his career in the international format, i.e. A levels. And candidly speaking, colleges in Pakistan don't really provide quality education except a very few. You know demands in different fields keep varying but let your son master in the field in which he's got talent and in which he is interested. Plus it will be a bonus if he achieves some good marks in those particular subjects which he would want to take in the future as his major subjects.

Asalamualikum
AS your son is good is physics i believe he should go for engineering or bsc in physics or maths regarding Alevels you should confirm with the universities where he would apply as some of universities have very limited seats for the students of Alevels and despite paying too much fees in schools it all go wasted when they dont give admissions to alevels because they have a small quota for alevels
any way
May Allah give him success in this life and in the life hereafter
