Salam to all. My question is that I have done M.com as Gold Medalist. Now My Own university Gomal university Offer Lecturer-ship on Contract. Presently I am working as sub accountant Should i join that or not.

Dear Inamullah,
Teaching profession is very good nowadays. You can also do this job as a part time in evening program and if they pay you better than your current job you should go for it. or you can take leaves for 1 month from your current job and join this university.
