| Wajeeha (Professional) Masters Degree MBA MIS Karachi
| I don't know if I'm going in the right direction. I've done my BCS (H) and my MBA- MIS. Now I'm doing CIM from Arena. My main interest is in writing and animation, but since writing isn't thought well of and animation is still a baby here, I'm stuck with Technical Writing. I'm dissatisfied and always squirming for more, for something else. This is my second job. In my previous job I was working on all kinds of documents, from Proposals to Help manuals, whereas here, I just have the help manuals under me. I also feel I'm underpaid. And if I change my job, I don't know how to put in my salary package. Please guide me what to do to gain more satisfaction. Should I change the job? Should I leave this job and wait till my CIM completes and then apply for a job in that industry? Should I go against everyone in family and society and start novelling? Please help.

| | ummm you know what!!! seriously you should see videohive.net and videocopilot.net
then you'll be able to know what animation is.Here in Pakistan no one knows its importance even i know some of my friends get degree in it but didn;t know what to do with that and how to animate things.... but i managed to do much more than them its just because of passion.....

| | Well, if you have some interest in banking & finance, then you should go for that. This is very vibrant sector and having so many potential locally and internationally.
Until then, i suggest you wait for completion of your CIM.
Second, if want to opt your passion as your career, it's not bad. I don't know why your family and society oppose novelling! Any how, i think you are not in "not good" situation at this time. Your decision should be logical based on what is GOOD TO HAVE and what is CRITICAL TO HAVE. (I am not an adviser, this is just for share) Shehzad Junaid
