I am student of BBA 5th semester and I am confused that which subject should I choose for specialization whether finance, marketing, hrm and in which field there is more job opportunity. I need your suggestion.

I would agree with Farrukh & would recommend that you go with what you are interested in & not what can land you with a quick job. Trust me you will regret in future.
We need to listen to ourselves & stop expecting that other ppl should make our career decision. We are career counselors & not decision makers on your behalf. Best of luck

1st of all point to be note k aap kiya ker sakti hain, simple c baat hay k aap ka jsa mind hoga wesa he sahi rahega, wesay marketing nahi kerni chahiye aap ko wo aap k liye suitable nahi hay, aap first BBA-HR MBA-HR ya Finance men karen yeh aise field hain jo sada bahaar hain, or is men yeh hota hay k sath sath specialization bhee ker sakti hen aap.

Listen Dear, The best specialization is Finance. I have done my MBA in marketing and I had taken some extra course of finance. I am in the field since last 12 year. Trust me Finance is the key of everything and no one can ignore.

Hi sister,
I am also student of BBA in BUITEMS Quetta & I am in 7th semester now I just started my specialization in marketing. Even I was very confuse about it but after taking different suggestion from others I come to finalize that we should go to the 1 in which we have more interest so that it become easier for us to get good mrkz. You'll be surprise to know that I am only girl in marketing along 10 boys but still v. interesting for me So I wish you good luck. Take Care

Personality, as Farrukh told, is very important factor. And if you combine your personality and interest then it will be very easy for you to decide about your area specialization. its totally depend on you what kind of personlity you have, If you are more talkative and can face diffrent kind of people you can join Marketing, but if you are good in calculations you can join finance, as far as HRM is concern you do need to think as it might be boring for some people..so it all depends upon your personality..!!
