| Zaheer Khan (Professional) Masters Degree MBA(HR) abbottabad
| I am Zaheer, I have a bundle of degrees but still no career at all. I want to get suggestion from an educated experienced person who should have more than 20 years experience of working in Pakistan and abroad. I done CT (2001), B.ED (2003), MBA(HR)2003-05 as a regular student. I have worked as assistant director hr (Yaqeen school Karachi) District officer/area sales manager (utility stores corporation),admin officer (nakhlah school abbottabad), enumerator (Federal bureau of statistics.) all of my previous jobs continued for 6 months- one year period.besides I have been doing home tuition's for last 9 years to secondary classes. I want to make my career . Now I am 29 .5 years and going to be overage in near future. there is no chance for me to get govt. job of teacher due to lack of master degree . also I can't make career in abroad as a school teacher. therefore one thing left and that is HR . When I leave my native city Abbottabad , the salary i am paid in Karachi 20000-25000 is not enough and equal to 8000-10000 of abbottabad as a clerk or accountant . being married i need a little bit more compensation and a real career for me whether i may have to leave my country.last year i went UAE on a visit visa but there too i didn't experienced real HR practices at all . then i decided to leave for Saudia but didn't get a chance so far. now I have applied as a Data entry Operator in UAE to make my career . AM I RIGHT?????

| | This is the era of specialization, you had worked most of the HR/Admin nature and its seems that you could not get the relevant experience at its required level. Not necessary that always jobs themselves provide the level of expertise specially in Pakistan, people have to do efforts them self to create the expertise by relevant study, their working at multiple hours and full interest to do some different in the job. Also its observed in practical field that people like another field and working in other, if this situation happen than should be one sided either trying to switch liking job or working with interest in existing job.
In the last,I can only recommend that you again try another job (either in HR and any of your interest) and think that as last Job, and must create level of expertise in a very short period (within a year, if it is somewhat relevant to ur past experience)

| | Without experience your's degrees are really like a bundle. Useless, so join any organization to have an experience it takes time. To gain some thing you have to wait. It is not possible you have just got Degrees and become Professional. As you say you need advise from someone who have an experience atleast 20 years. Just for advise you need long term experience. Just like this Professional field needs experience and for this you have to do some thing except thinking. How can people knows you have an ability. They guage you with the help of your working experience and estability.
