Dear Furqan,
As you have done your B.com then you should come up with M.com and even if not this then join any institution for job, don't care if you didn't get any hi fi job but you must get experience. By the time, keep applying at other places and you will get opportunities in intervals to come at your desired situation.

Dear Furqan,
If you have good accounting knowledge you can do ICMA and If you have policy making skill you have to do MBA, but from good ranked university otherwise ICMA will be better choice.
