I have recently done FSc premedical with 82% marks. Now I am confused about whether to opt for BS in biotechnology or clinical psychology. Please let me know which one is better and about their scope in Pakistan.

I think you should opt for the subject you are best fit in means subject of your interest. Scope is in you if you are perfect in the subject you choose you will make your own scope. Remember what ever you choose please continue till end and never make your self double minded that can affect your career.
Istihara is the best choice for you to decide the area of interest.
