Hello Sir, I have just done my A levels and now I intend to join any leading medical university in Karachi but I am in dilemma as to which career to opt for. my main interest is in doing MBBS,BDS or pharm-D. so please guide me by telling me their scope in Pakistan and abroad and please keep the pay into consideration and also guide me with the university that has greatest reputation in these field. Please inform me with your suggestion as soon as possible as it will be highly appreciated.Thank you

Being a medical MBBS student of 4th year and have much knowledge of medical careers I want you to clear that if you have interests in doing MBBS,BDS or pharm-D.than among these BDS will be the best choice as it takes about 4yr of study and one year of house job and you become ready to practice either private clinic if you have resources or as consultent/attendant with senior doctor to be able to open your own setup later as becomes strong financially.
BDS profession is good for following reasons
1)4yr study +1 yr house job
Total five yr & u become doctor
2) Right from the beginning one adopt a specialty that is dentistry so one becomes specific in his study & thinking
3) You can build yr own setup in a less area even single room clinic to have all equipments
4)Personal life specially of girls don't get disturbed more as after marriage they can't afford heavy burdens of duty timing as occur during MBBS
5) You can give ample time to ur family
6)As for girls parents starts to think about their marriage when they are doing their study as they thinks it is ideal age to get good Rishta.
they can afford their daughter's marriage even before doing house job
