Actually Sir I will done my B.Com and now I am students of M.A economics final. My next plan is I do ACCA but now I m dong job in private bank please sir tell me about ACCA will better for me or not. Or my job is better for me.

Well Mr. Asif , I think you should carry on your job first, then go through the syllabus of ACCA. This is British Chartered Accountant Degree. This course is very tough and need coaching; self-study is not enough to qualify.
Now look at your Academic & Professional career, B.Com, it should be follow M.Com, or ICMA. But you are doing M.A (Economics), so it will be better for you, to go for some Banking courses, because it is very demanding & you are doing the same, take advice from colleagues too.
