| | I Suggest same as my other collegues have suggested you earlier. Need is to continue with your noble proffession and continue your education as MA and then MPhil and PhD, then see where your road of successes to move. I also suggest you to make some changes in your teaching methods and involve your other teachers and students also.

| | In this world teaching is very noble profession, because u r going to teach not only a child but actually teaching a whole family. And also in Islamic point of view this profession is very important. So I suggest your daughter should continue this profession, and also get higher education in the area of her interest. Actually she is bored by teaching same subject again and again to same classes, so when she teach the higher classes, and get higher education then she feels better and understand the importance of this field.

| | Teaching is very good profession. your daughter has ten years of experience in the reputed school systems, i think she should not change her profession, just try to enhance by further studies/MA in her interest related subjects, especially in Education. Another way also try to become Co-ordinator in school system just add-ins some basic Computer Courses (MS-Office).
