Sir, I have done Bsc (Engineering) and I have also done Oracle 9i database administration from techno-ed and I am OCA certified I searched a job before one and a half year but no body gave me job in oracle then I took a job in a company as a it officer its not related to oracle, here I am doing networking and trouble shooting work now I decided to do CCNA and related to network courses kindly suggest me what should I do now which is helpful for me and my future.

Well Dear if you are came in Networking field then I suggest you choose one special Line LAN or WAN. If you want to go in WAN side then you must do CISCO (CCNA,CCNP,CCSP,CCIP)
If you Want to come in LAN side then you must to do this MICROSOFT(MCSE2003,MCTS,MCITP Server administrator)
MICROSOFT LEAD IN LAN.CISCO LEAD IN WAN. Now choice is yours if you want to became a Network Administrator then you must do CCNA,CCNP. If you Want to Became Systems Administrator the you must to do This MCSE2003,MCTS(Vista),MCITP Server Administrator.
