| Mariyam Shafiq (Student) Matriculation / O Level O'levels Karachi
| Asslaam Alaikum I am studying in Jeddah, KSA. It is my IGCSE O'level final year. We are planning to go back to Karachi after or maybe this year before my A'levels. I am interested in Biology but I don't want to become a doctor. I have all the science subjects Chemistry(fine), Bio(interesting) & Physics(bit boring) plus ICT(interesting), Math(it depends,i am sometimes good at math and sometimes not), English and Urdu. I want to know that what is biomedical engineering and can i go for it? Which subjects should I take in A'levels? Please suggest what should I do after my A'levels & the subjects i must take in A'levels.

| | I am Shahzeb Imran, I am a biomedical engineer. Biomedical engineering combines the design and problem solving skills of engineering with medical and biological sciences to improve health care diagnosis and treatment.
If you wana come to Karachi then their is only one university available to you to go ahead with biomedical engineering "Sir Syed University Of Engineering". Biomedical engineering is recently underdevelopment in Pakistan. However, in middle east and Europe biomedical engineering is very wast and having a very bright future.
