| Nasir (Professional) Bachelors Degree B.Pharmacy Karachi
| Salam Sir, I am in a dilemma, and want someone to help me out. I am a B.Pharmacy and doing MBA form Iqra University, the problem is that when I joined MBA I wanted to do MBA in Marketing but as course progressed I found that I am very good in finance and its affairs. Now here is the problem If I do MBA finance people say It wont complement my degree secondly employers prefer CAs and ACCA for finance jobs not MBA Finance and I don't have any Finance job background either. Please tell me that what would be career prospects after MBA finance at entry level from Iqra University.

| | Dear Nasir, A.O.A
Don't be confused. It's very simple you can do Bi-Majors in Marketing & Finance aur waise bhi all the subjects of MBA Marketing and Finance are same except three specialized course and after all Iqra University is in fourth ranking in HEC so its worth.

| | Salam!
Brother it is reality that your education background is not stagnant. you've done bachelors in Phr. and now you've changed your line to MBA Finance. Well Companies have opening for the Management Trainees for Fresh MBAs (not for ACCAs or CAs). So you can apply there but you will have to prove yourself infront of Interviewer that why you changed your line. Don't go for Banks and other financial institutions because they want specialized person. you can apply in Medicine companies like Sanofi Aventis (Korangi), Merk Pvt. Ltd., Wyeth Pvt. etc etc. Regards.
