Job Description |
• Oversee centralized operations that meet the needs of multiple departments
• Ensure that contracts and government regulations are followed and are up to date.
• Handle all overheads, vendors bills, payments, and monetary transactions
• Liaising with companies consultants to prepare, oversee, and deal with the complexities of external audits.
• Interview candidates and select the best required option.
• Review and send reports to the in house and out sourced accountants for correct CIS deductions, PAYE, NI and VAT.
• Administering payroll systems.
• Supervising the work of clerical and secretarial staff and monitoring the work load.
• Liaising with members of the senior management team
• Arranging for health and safety equipment to be tested on a regular basis
• Deal with Engineers queries
• Conducting appraisals and maintaining appraisal records
• Assist company’s business management system
• Arrange employees training with approved suppliers.
• Handle all suppliers’ queries.
• Send monthly and quarterly business reports directly to the Managing Director
