It is true that Mubasher Lucman speaks about corruption but he only speaks of corruption of the high and mighty which usually doesn’t have anything to do nor interests the common people of this country.
These people are too busy trying to survive by dodging terrorist acts and return home alive and have no time for what the rich and famous are doing. Interestingly, the majority of Pakistanis are so used to being looted by the rulers and rich and powerful that they no longer react to that. To them corruption and the rulers and high and mighty are complementary – at least that’s what they have seen in the last more than six decades.
