Try to highlight the more gross root level problems of the people e.g attitude of boys towards working women, police hurdlers (NAKAY) non reading of elecectric meter and over billing, and attitude of the officials towards the people, pension procedure and particularly a comprehensive check on the problems highlighted in previous programes.
