اَلَمۡ تَرَ كَيۡفَ ضَرَبَ اللّٰهُ مَثَلاً كَلِمَةً طَيِّبَةً كَشَجَرَةٍ طَيِّبَةٍ اَصۡلُهَا ثَابِتٌ وَّفَرۡعُهَا فِىۡ السَّمَآءِۙ ﴿۲۴﴾

کیا تم نے نہ دیکھا اللہ نے کیسی مثال بیان فرمائی پاکیزہ بات کی (ف۶۲) جیسے پاکیزہ درخت جس کی جڑ قائم اور شاخیں آسمان میں، ﴿۲۴﴾

کیا تم نے نہیں دیکھا کہ خدا نے پاک بات کی کیسی مثال بیان فرمائی ہے (وہ ایسی ہے) جیسے پاکیزہ درخت جس کی جڑ مضبوط (یعنی زمین کو پکڑے ہوئے) ہو اور شاخیں آسمان میں ﴿۲۴﴾

Seest thou not how Allah coineth a similitude: A goodly saying, as a goodly tree, its root set firm, its branches reaching into heaven, ﴾24﴿
